Economy - Jokes or Hits Too Close to Home?

I received an email this week with jokes about the economy. Here are some examples:

************

The economy is so bad that I got a pre-declined credit card in the mail.

If the bank returns your check marked “Insufficient Funds," you have to call them and ask if they mean you or them.

Hot Wheels and Matchbox stocks are trading higher than GM.

Congress says they are looking into the Bernard Madoff scandal.  Oh Great!!   The guy who made $50 Billion disappear is being investigated by the people who made $1.5 Trillion disappear!

CEO's are now playing miniature golf.

 ************

Does some of this hit too close to home? This doesn't have to apply to you. Learn how to erase debt and then laugh at the jokes instead of being a part of them.

Erase Debt Tip of the Week

You didn't get into debt overnight. It probably took many years to accumulate the debt you currently have.

The same applies when you want to erase debt. It will not happen overnight. It will take time to get out of debt. Create a plan - be diligent - and have patience.
